1. Pre-Order Process & Payment

• 50% to 80% advance payment is required to confirm a pre-order.
• Once the advance is paid and the order is placed, cancellations are not allowed.
• The remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival before delivery.

3. Product Availability & Pricing

• Prices are based on currency rate today, sales, and supplier rates, and may change before order placement.
• If the requested size, color, or product sells out, customers may choose an alternative or request a refund.

• We cannot guarantee quality, condition, durability, or packaging of the item.

5. No Warranty Claims, Returns, or Exchanges

• We do not handle warranty claims, exchanges, or returns on pre-orders.
• If you ordered a wrong size/product/color etc , we cannot send it back for replacement or refund.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must double-check size, color, and product details before placing an order.
• Once confirmed, no changes can be made.
• Inspect the product upon delivery and report any concerns within 24 hours.
• Refunds or exchange are not provided for change of mind.
