  • Pre-orders have varying delivery timelines, which are mentioned at the time of order placement.

Shipping Locations & Delivery Time

  • We deliver across Pakistan.
  • Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we always strive to deliver on time.

Shipping Charges

  • Our standard delivery charges are Rs. 300/- for Karachi. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. You can ask for the tracking number through our Instagram page.

Damaged or Lost Packages

At Fluxst, we are committed to providing 100% original and high-quality products. As an online-only business, we do not offer refunds/return or exchanges under normal conditions.

What Does "Normal Conditions" Mean?


  • If the product is delivered as described, with no defects or errors, it does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Since we stock and pre-order products from international brands, each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure authenticity and quality.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us on our Instagram page for quick response.
  • Claims for damaged items must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • Once we verify your claim:

    • If the mistake is on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost.
    • If, after inspection, we determine that the return does not qualify, the customer will be responsible for:
      • Return shipping charges.
      • Shipping cost to resend the product.
