Refund policy

At Fluxst, we are committed to providing 100% original and high-quality products. As an online-only business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under normal conditions.

What Does "Normal Conditions" Mean?

  • If the product is delivered as described, with no defects or errors, it does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Since we stock and pre-order products from international brands, each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure authenticity and quality.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:

1. Reporting the Issue

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.
  • The item must be unused, tagged, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

Once we verify your claim:

  • If the mistake is on our end, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If, after inspection, we determine that the return does not qualify, the customer will be responsible for:
    • Return shipping charges.
    • Shipping cost to resend the product.

3. Inspection & Resolution

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it to verify the claim.
  • If approved, we will proceed with:
     -A replacement (if stock is available).
     -A refund (processed within 7 working days).
  • If the claim is not approved, the product will be sent back to the customer, and all shipping costs will be borne by them.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of verified defects or incorrect deliveries.
  • No refund or exchange will be accepted without an unboxing video.
  • The brand reserves the right to make the final decision on refunds and exchanges.
