  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD).

  • Advance payment is required for order confirmation,

  • All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 3-7 working days.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • At Fluxst, we are committed to providing 100% original and high-quality products. As an online-only business, we do not offer returns,refunds or exchanges under normal conditions.
  • If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions: 
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof.
  • The item must be unused, tagged, and in its original packaging.

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate products, or items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

5. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  • In case a product offered by Fluxst is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
